PREP - 18 YEARS (LAUNCHPAD)

The Launch Pad Levels Program is designed for school-aged children. Children learn fundamental gymnastic skills like cartwheels, handstands, forward and backward rolls, motor skills, and spatial awareness in a positive learning environment. Launch Pad skills are important to set your child up for success.

Our 55 minute classes are streamed by ability, so all beginner Gymnasts will start in a Fundamentals class and be graded into bronze, silver or gold by their coach. Gymnasts are then individually assessed throughout each term and have the opportunity to progress to the next level when they are ready. 

Children in Prep at school will commence in a Fundamentals Prep class. Children in Grade 1+ at school  will commence in a Fundamentals Bronze + Bronze Extend Class. Children in Grade 4 or above who are beginners are recommended to join one of our 6pm Fundamentals 9yrs+ classes designed for beginner Gymnasts of this age. 

All of our Launchpad classes are Co-Ed. 

These classes run for 55 minutes and are specifically designed to teach this age group basic Gymnastics and foundation movement skills in a fun and engaging way. Classes are offered Monday through Saturday, so there are many times to choose from. 

Gymnasts in these classes work on developing and refining more advanced Gymnastics skills. These classes are 1 hour 25 minutes.
